Upstairs in the meeting room, we will have a selection of complimentary therapies for all to try (First come first served, so get in quick!) ranging from Chiropody, Indian Head Massage, Back Massage, Hair Styling etc again with each taster session being free of charge!

In Meeting Room 1 we have a number of timetabled  Health Talks including Healthy Minds, Discovering True Health & Get Healthy, all supplied free of charge by local consultants.
